In independent living, your monthly fee covers all of the following services:

• 30 meals in the dining room
• apartment and general building maintenance
• groundskeeping
• biweekly apartment cleaning
• weekly laundry of linens and flatwork
• basic cable television
• all utilities except telephone
• planned social and cultural activities
• transportation
• security
• professional management
• taxes and insurance except on furnishings

Available for an additional fee:

• additional meals for you or a guest
• tray service to your apartment
• scheduled transportation for shopping and appointments
• supportive care in your apartment
• valet service
• carport

These services are included in the monthly assisted-living fee:

• three meals each day in the dining room
• special diets, as needed
• biweekly housekeeping
• weekly laundering of personal and flat laundry
• all utilities except telephone
• cable television
• groundskeeping
• building maintenance
