Accented with brick and designed with an open, airy feel, The Villas come in two styles and sizes. Each two-bedroom/two-bath design offers a fully equipped, modern eat-in kitchen, porch or veranda, master suite, roomy walk-in closets and a two-car garage. Depending on which style you choose, additional features may include a formal dining room, den or bay window.

Included in your monthly fee:
